Designed in an elegant villa style the gourmet restaurant "Dr. Brosius" the perfect backdrop for the refined culinary delights of Chef Ralph Wendland. The kitchen is the place where seasonal ingredients are wisely put together to generate a harmony for your senses. Creative accents like the pink roasted saddle of veal stuffed with lobster meat ravioli with a light pea puree and fine white Burgundy sauce are just an example of our kitchen performance. The restaurant visit is accompanied by an attentive service under competent leadership of Jochen Kramb. Also very nice is the other restaurant with a mediterranean-style "La Toscana" - with picturesque balcony terrace.
